Kawartha Fury House League
Who can participate?
Our house league is open to players born in 2022 & older.
When does the season run?
The program starts in the third week of April and runs until the end of June.
When and where are the sessions?
Sessions run on a weekday evening-day to be determined.
Early sessions are in Oakwood.
Later sessions transition to Lindsay.
Who runs the program?
The entire program is led by Mitch Martin, with volunteers.
What is the focus of the program?
• Fundamentals & skill development
• Engagement & fun
• Early sessions focus on learning the basics, gradually shifting toward more gameplay
Will there be games against other teams?
Unlike hockey or baseball, our house league does not have games against other centres. We are working on building a new house league system, but inter-centre games are not guaranteed yet.
How can parents get involved?
We encourage parents to connect with Mitch Martin (House League Organizer) or Kyle Garel (VP of House League) and see if any support is needed.
What is the cost?
For U5 Soft Lacrosse (Birth year 2022-2023) the cost is $200
For U7 Paperweight (Birth year 2020-2021) the cost is $275
For U9 and above (Birth years 2019-2010) the cost is $350

Kawartha Fury Rep
Who can participate?
Our Rep program is open to players born in 2021 and earlier.
When does the season run?
The program starts in the third week of April and runs until July.
Where do we play?
The season begins in Oakwood and later moves to Lindsay.
Teams play against Oshawa, Pickering, Clarington, Peterborough, Uxbridge and Whitby.
What are the practice and game schedules?
No weekend games, except for 1 or 2 tournaments.
Teams generally practice twice a week to support development.
Parents can expect a total commitment of 2-3 sessions per week (practices & games).
Who runs the program?
Teams are led by certified coaches, often parents, with support from our Technical Director and the Fury community.
How are teams organized?
Teams will be created based on skill level to ensure the best development experience for all players.
How can parents get involved?
We encourage parents to connect with coaches and staff to build relationships and see if any support is needed.
What is the cost?
$400 + a team fee (sometimes team fundraisers help this cost) which will be decided after teams rosters are complete.
